Please note, this was done without our knowledge or the knowledge of any Rock Springs, RESIDENTS!! Now the state refuses to take care of the disaster they have made of our homes!! We are letting all who read this, know our feelings and the updates, that are taking place with our homes. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO VOICE YOUR FEELINGS AS WELL.
